MSU Beekeeping Workshop is full

The MSU Beekeeping workshop filled in ten days. That is record time.  Thanks for the continued support.

  1. That's great news! Thanks for offering this to our community and getting new beekeepers started year after year, Dave.

    1. I am unbelievably stung that the beekeeping workshop is full! I've been gearing up since October to finally begin beekeeping with my daughters, which I have wanted to do since I was a boy. I have been watching this blog since November, and just checked it today with stunned silence and . . . Well, not being a swearing man, I'll just try not being in a bad mood ALL month.

  2. I'm sorry that the workshop filled so fast. I posted on the workshop on 12/16/11 and 1/3/12. The press release sent from MSU news service goes to media outlets through out the state, so the word gets out fast.

The MSU-Bozeman workshop is a volunteer effort and presenters make the trip from Polson and Helena, so it is difficult to offer more than one session.

Given the interest in the state it is time for the beekeeping clubs to offer workshops. How about it Missoula, Great Falls, Flathead and Gallatin Valley? Let me know if you are hosting a workshop and I'll help spread the word.
